Pegaz-Ots Server Rules and Regulations

1. Introduction

Pegaz-Ots aims to provide a fair, balanced, and enjoyable experience for all players. The administration reserves the right to interpret these rules at its sole discretion and to apply appropriate sanctions in cases not explicitly covered. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt any player from responsibility.

2. General Game Rules

All players are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the spirit of fair play and mutual respect. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of hacking, cheating, exploiting game bugs, or using third-party software that provides an unfair advantage (except as explicitly permitted in Section 4).
• Harassment, insults, spam, or any form of toxic behaviour towards other players on any in-game channel, Discord, or forum.
• Advertising other servers, websites, or services.
• Abusing game mechanics, quests, or NPCs in a way that disrupts the intended gameplay balance.
• Impersonating staff members or spreading false information about the server.

Violations may result in temporary mute, character deletion, account ban, or permanent IP ban, depending on severity and recurrence.

3. Multi-Client Policy

Multi-client usage is permitted with the following strict limitations:

• Players may have a maximum of two (2) accounts logged in simultaneously.
• The server’s automatic system continuously monitors the game world. Logging in a third character will trigger progressive warnings.
• If the third character remains logged in, the highest-level character among the three will be automatically sent to prison for 24 hours of online time (the character must remain logged in for the full duration of the punishment).

Repeated violations may lead to longer imprisonment periods or account suspension.

4. Bot and AFK Usage Policy

Usage of bots (including cavebots) is fully legal and permitted within the boundaries of fair play. However, the following rule applies:

• AFK cavebotting (using a bot while physically away from the computer and gaining an obvious advantage over other players) is strictly forbidden.
• If a player is caught using an AFK cavebot, the character will be instantly teleported to a random location in the game world. The player must return to civilization on their own.

Repeated offences may result in additional penalties, including character deletion or account ban.

5. Donations and Premium Points

Donations are voluntary and help support the continuous development and maintenance of Pegaz-Ots. Premium points are awarded automatically after successful transaction processing.

5.1 PayPal

The system awards points immediately after transaction finalization. Any issues with point delivery must be reported to the server administration either via the in-game Help channel or by email to admin@pegaz-ots.pl.

Any PayPal disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests submitted without prior contact with the administration will be considered an action harmful to the server and will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of the entire account and all associated characters.

5.2 BLIK

The BLIK donation system is fully automatic. For the transaction to be correctly processed and points awarded, the transfer title must be exactly in the following format:

Darowizna - NickName

where NickName is the exact name of your in-game character. Any other transfer title will be treated as a voluntary donation for the development of the server and will not be subject to complaint or refund. Please double-check the transfer title before confirming the payment.

6. Real Money Trading (RMT)

Trading of characters, accounts, items, or services for real-world currency (in any currency) is explicitly allowed on Pegaz-Ots. However, the following conditions must be met:

• All transactions must take place exclusively on the dedicated trading channel on the official Pegaz-Ots Discord server.
• The administration bears no responsibility whatsoever for any scams, fraud, data leaks, or other issues arising from such trades.
• All trades are conducted entirely at the players’ own risk.

Players are strongly advised to use common sense and, if possible, trusted intermediaries or escrow services within the community.

7. Account & Content Ownership – Final Provisions

Regardless of whether you are a regular player or a premium donor, all accounts, characters, items, houses, guilds, and any other content on Pegaz-Ots remain the exclusive property of the server administration.

In the event of server attacks, technical issues, maintenance, loss of login access, financial difficulties, or any other circumstances leading to temporary or permanent shutdown of the server, you have no financial or legal claims against the Pegaz-Ots project. The project owes you nothing and is not liable for any losses, whether real or perceived.

By playing on Pegaz-Ots you accept these conditions in full. The administration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if it deems it necessary for the good of the server.
